Her life was a brief gift to us that will live on as her heart valves were donated and received by those who were in need.
During her three short days here on Earth she touched many lives and was loved deeply by family and friends. Jane Marie was born on November 20, 2007. Jane Marie Smith passed peacefully in the arms of her loving parents on November 23, 2007.
